Kazuma Kiryu
The former fourth chairman of the Tojo Clan, eastern Japan's largest yakuza organization.
A legendary yakuza who earned the nickname, the “Dragon of Dojima.” After putting an end to the war of five cities that consumed the entire yakuza world, he allows himself to be arrested and serves a short time in jail in hopes of finally burying his past.
But even a three-year sentence is three years too long. After returning from prison, he discovers that Haruka Sawamura, the closest thing to a family he has, is missing. Following his only lead, a photo taken in Hiroshima, he heads to the sleepy port town of Onomichi.
