One of Japan's most popular gyms comes to Yakuza 6, where you can train your way to fitness through six weightlifting minigames, including bench presses and squat jumps.

Fitness is Both Diet and Exercise!

After a training session, your personal trainer will text you some dietary advice. It'll be up to you to find the right food among the fine eateries of Kamurocho and snap a quick picture for your trainer to see how you're doing. Eat well for best results, and head back to the gym for an evaluation!

Commit to Results with the RIZAP Challenge!

Your ability to perform well in the minigames and eat the right food will have a direct effect on how much EXP you gain from completing the RIZAP Challenge. Kiryu's going to need to stay fit to keep on dealing with all those street punks!
